Winner of the 14th Parramatta City Centre design competition

The 14th Parramatta City Centre design competition was held on the 19th of May 2011 for a new wing of an existing apartment block at the corner of Albert and Church Streets, North Parramatta. The brief requested a mix of retail/commercial and residential development and shortlisted 3 architectural firms to participate in a limited competition. The jury selected the Keith Pike submission as the winning entry and awarded the proposal a 10% design bonus.
